You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment but may take up to 48 hours to activate in the carrier's system. Please note that this process may take longer during events or holidays. If you are unable to track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order enters the shipping process. Please verify your address before checkout. Contact us immediately if corrections are needed. Un-deliverable packages due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.
We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is complete and the parcel has not been shipped out, you can cancel your order before delivery. We will refund the full amount. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out.
We will provide a tracking number and a tracking link promptly. If you have not received your item for an extended period, please contact us promptly. We will confirm the status with the couriers and get back to you as soon as possible.
If a package is lost in transit, we will replace or refund after carrier investigation (except for force majeure events).
If the carrier confirms loss or fails to resolve within 7 business days, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund if you no longer need the item.
Refund: If you apply a refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after approval.
